plastic, welded on three sides, with open end thumb cut.

Vinyl Certificate
Jackets

4 3/8  x 9 1/4"
Manufactured with .009" glass clear fronts and .009"
frosty clear backs, with 1/4" offset on open end.
Custom polyethylene and vinyl certificate jackets are available. We can thumb cut open end of our
stock vinyl certificate jackets for an additional fee. Please check with the factory for delivery.
